Warranty Coverage
Maple Car Care Paint Protection Film (PPF) is manufactured to meet premium quality standards and is backed by warranty protection when installed by an authorized dealer or certified installer.
The warranty includes protection against:
- Film cracking, peeling, or bubbling under recommended usage and maintenance conditions.
- Adhesion failure, including blistering, lifting, or delamination during normal use.
- Surface discoloration, yellowing, or staining caused by environmental exposure.
Warranty Eligibility
This warranty is valid only when the following conditions are met:
- Coverage applies solely to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
- The film must be installed only on original factory-painted (OEM) surfaces.
- Warranty becomes void if the vehicle has repainted panels, tampered film, misuse, abuse, or unauthorized removal.
- Installation must be completed by a trained and authorized professional following Maple Car Care application guidelines and storage standards.
Responsibility for Warranty Claims
Maple Car Care functions solely as the product brand and supplier. Any warranty-related service, inspection, replacement, or customer support is the responsibility of the authorized dealer or installer who performed the installation.
In case of verified manufacturing defects:
- Replacement material will be provided through the authorized installer or dealer.
- Labour charges, reinstallation expenses, or additional warranties provided by dealers are not included under this policy.
Coverage Includes
- Fading, staining, or discoloration due to environmental exposure.
- Delamination, bubbling, or blistering resulting from manufacturing defects.
- Cracking, crazing, or material failure caused by product defects.
Exclusions from Warranty
- Damage caused by accidents, negligence, improper maintenance, or misuse.
- Scratches, dents, impact damage, vandalism, or collision-related wear.
- Use of abrasive compounds, harsh chemicals, solvents, or caustic cleaning agents.
- Damage resulting from extreme temperatures, pressure washing misuse, or non-automotive applications.
- Water spots, rail dust, or minor cosmetic imperfections.
- Installations carried out on non-OEM painted surfaces or by unauthorized installers.
Warranty Claim Procedure
- Contact the authorized Maple Car Care installer or dealer who performed the installation.
- Provide proof of purchase, installation details, and warranty documentation.
- The dealer or installer will inspect and verify the issue before processing replacement material if applicable.
Maple Car Care does not process claims directly and is not liable for commitments or additional service guarantees made by third-party installers or dealers.
Limitation of Liability
Maple Car Care’s liability is strictly limited to the supply or replacement of defective product material where applicable.
The company shall not be held responsible for:
- Removal or reinstallation labour charges.
- Vehicle downtime, loss of use, or indirect damages.
- Issues arising from improper installation methods or poor maintenance practices.
Warranty Disclaimer
No dealer, installer, or third party is authorized to alter, extend, or modify this warranty policy on behalf of Maple Car Care.
Any intentional damage, misuse, neglect, or failure to follow recommended care procedures may void warranty coverage.
Care & Maintenance Guidelines
To ensure long-lasting performance and maintain warranty validity:
- Wash the film using pH-balanced, non-abrasive cleaning products.
- Avoid harsh chemicals, petroleum-based cleaners, or aggressive polishing compounds.
- Do not use excessive pressure while washing or cleaning.
- Protect the surface from sharp objects, scraping, or intentional damage.
